I came here in January of 2022 to get a cleaning right before I was rushed to the emergency room to have my daughter at 28 weeks gestation. The dentist at the time was a older African American gentleman. He was very welcoming and funny. The dental assistants were very welcoming as well, however 3 months after having my daughter I received a call stating that my insurance wasn’t accepted and that I owed almost $300 for a cleaning. I paid the $300 and let it be. My job since then has updated our insurance to PPO, so I insisted on trying this location again especially since it is close to home. I called in for an appointment and when I arrived the receptionist didn’t know who I was or didn’t have any of my information. The same information that was asked of me the exact day before. I received X-rays and details of what would take place at my next visit and was told by the receptionists that I would receive a call within 2 business days verifying that my insurance information had been received etc. That was November of 2023, we’re now 2 days away from 2024 and I have yet to hear anything not even an email. I am disgusted and will not recommend this establishment to any of my colleagues or Sorors ✌🏽

My first appointment at Kenwood Dental Group was a wonderful experience, considering it is a dentist office. 😀 The staff was very informative, professional and engaging. In all my years of going to the dentist I’ve never seen a facility as clean, inviting and modern as Kenwood Dental Group. I have been a patient of Dr. Maclin's for about 20 years (OMG). Dr. Maclin is such a great dentist. He has always been so informative and takes his time to explain everything going on with my dental health. He is the BEST!! I also have to shout out the beautiful ladies that schedule and reschedule all my appointments- Bri and Nicole are great!! Kim is also so helpful and sweet. She always greets you with a smile and she works hard to make sure all my insurance needs are taken care of!! Yall are the best, Joy

Kenwood dental group is a very professional and a very inviting business. Everytime I walk in they treat me like family and they take care of me right away. They also sell some of the best products. I recommend the sonic toothbrush, best $50 I've ever spent.
