If you are looking for a GREAT dentist...look no further because Dr. Macklin is the BEST!!! I've been with Dr. Macklin for two decades and he has never let me down. I had a situation with my tooth and he fixed and I'm still smiling 😃 My mom and all my family go to Dr. Macklin!!! Anyone that tell or mention to me they are in need of a GREAT dentist, I inform them Dr. Macklin!!! He is patient, he is gentle with your teeth, he doesn't rush the process at ALL! The staff across the board is very friendly even down to the assistance and not to mention it's CLEAN!!! It's so clean you can eat off the floor. They practice social distancing and everything!!! I was treated like a commodity, but I am not a commodity I am a person! My dentist suddenly left the practice and although I spoke with their office twice before my appointment, I was never told that Dr. Maclin was no longer with their office. I had the right to know that my dentist had left. I do not belong to a practice, I choose to receive care from a specific individual. Dr. David Maclin is the best dentist I have ever seen and I am quite upset that Kenwood Dental Group did not respect me or my time and tried to force me to see some person who literally looked at me like I was a piece of dirt when I was sitting in their reception area. Kenwood Dental staff waited until I was sitting in the dental chair to advise me of this important change to my healthcare. I wasted time away from my business, having just returned to the office from a trip and my time is most important to me. I am quite disappointed in the lack of ethics demonstrated in this matter. They made me feel like I am nothing but a commodity, but I refuse to be treated as such.
