RUN Don’t WALK TO KENWOOD DENTAL GROUP, I just wanted to share my extreme satisfaction with Kenwood Dental Group, Dr Maclin has been my dentist for over twenty years and he is a great dentist. Dr Maclin makes sure you are comfortable and explain what he is going to be doing before he start so you will know what to expect. Dr Maclin has taken care of my smile and I’m very proud to show my smile constantly. The dental assistants are great as well as the office staff. So if you’re looking for a great dentist and dental group, Run Don’t Walk To KENWOOD DENTAL GROUP. One more thing, appointment time is very prompt there no wait time when you arrive very efficient and that’s a big plus for me if efficiency was rated they would get ten stars from me.

If you are looking for a GREAT dentist...look no further because Dr. Macklin is the BEST!!! I've been with Dr. Macklin for two decades and he has never let me down. I had a situation with my tooth and he fixed and I'm still smiling 😃 My mom and all my family go to Dr. Macklin!!! Anyone that tell or mention to me they are in need of a GREAT dentist, I inform them Dr. Macklin!!! He is patient, he is gentle with your teeth, he doesn't rush the process at ALL! The staff across the board is very friendly even down to the assistance and not to mention it's CLEAN!!! It's so clean you can eat off the floor. They practice social distancing and everything!!! Please, if you are looking for a GREAT dentist ask for Dr. Macklin, again the Kenwood Dental office is impeccable too 👌 P.S. I'm a a stickler on cleanliness and professionalism, because I'm an Executive and I have very HIGH standards and I will not except anything less than!!! I came here in January of 2022 to get a cleaning right before I was rushed to the emergency room to have my daughter at 28 weeks gestation. The dentist at the time was a older African American gentleman. He was very welcoming and funny. The dental assistants were very welcoming as well, however 3 months after having my daughter I received a call stating that my insurance wasn’t accepted and that I owed almost $300 for a cleaning. I paid the $300 and let it be. My job since then has updated our insurance to PPO, so I insisted on trying this location again especially since it is close to home. I called in for an appointment and when I arrived the receptionist didn’t know who I was or didn’t have any of my information. The same information that was asked of me the exact day before. I received X-rays and details of what would take place at my next visit and was told by the receptionists that I would receive a call within 2 business days verifying that my insurance information had been received etc. That was November of 2023, we’re now 2 days away from 2024 and I have yet to hear anything not even an email. I am disgusted and will not recommend this establishment to any of my colleagues or Sorors ✌🏽

My experience with Kenwood Dental Group has been wonderful. The professionalism, attention to details, punctuality and overall pleasant environment, made me immediately comfortable. Dr. Maclin worked with me until we were both completely satisfied with the results of my treatment. I never felt rushed. Recently I had a medical emergency in his office. (unrelated to dentistry) Dr. Maclin was so comforting and reassuring and immediately got me the the help I needed. This speaks volumes about his character outside of being an excellent dentist.
