This is the best dental office ever!!! I highly recommend if you're looking for a dentist, that you try Kenwood Dental Group. They make you feel comfortable and the prices are phenomenal. Dr. Mensah and Dr.Maclin are the best. Not to mention the staff, Nicole, Bri, and Brianna will help you understand the procedures and next steps toward you dental journey. Customer service here has tanked recently and I was wondering why. I asked the receptionist if they were under new management, to which she ignored my question. I come here to see that my dentist isn't even working here anymore. Which is a shame because he would have never allowed things to operate like this. Isn't it customary to notify patients when there has been a change in providers? In addition to this, dealing with this office this week has been nightmarish. I was told we had to reschedule our appointment because we were running 5 minutes late. The hygenist wants us to allow them flexibility when they're calling and cancelling appointments the week of, but wont allow any flexibility for patients within a 15 minute grace period? (Which apparently no longer applies here) When i asked to speak to the manager Nicole, she got my side of the story, asked me to hold, and proceeded to hang up the phone, and never called me back! I called back the next day and was placed on hold for over 30 minutes! During my wait, I came here to do some investigating (suspicions confirmed), then I called again on my work cell only for them to answer promptly! This gave me the impression that I was purposely left on hold. Newsflash Kenwood Dental...you're not the only business in town! This is sad because this was one of the last black-owned dentist offices in the area that gave you that traditional old school professional dental office feel. Unfortunately, we will now be taking our business somewhere else. I dont willingly deal with poor customer service of this magnitude.

This place is amazing. The staff is very professional, phones are answered in a timely manner.Very clean and neat. And to top it off the Doctors are great they make you feel so welcome and comfortable like family.

My experience at Kenwood Dental Group has been nothing less than exceptional. With each visit the service has been top notch, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Maclin, is one of the coolest dentist you would want to know. He makes me feel very comfortable when I’m in his chair. Kenwood Dental has a client for life.
